The British Bulldog Pub is locally owned by Mark Bowyer, Bill Quirk and Rob Sharpley. Mark and Bill are originally from Liverpool , England , whilst Rob was born in Austin , Texas
The pub came about by a strong desire to serve quality ales and spirits, as well as a combination of traditional English food and select international cuisine. Chef Damian Wanek has worked in a variety of settings, and brings a host of experience to the kitchen.
